Somatic Psychologist Who Journeys with Heart‑Led Creatives

I’m Çağla [Cha-la] — a somatic psychologist, nomadic soul guide, and creative mirror for people walking courageous, unconventional paths.

I hold space for the ones who’ve stepped off the mainstream path, only to find themselves disoriented, lonely, or quietly lost in the middle of their own becoming.

Through nervous system healing, IFS-informed somatic therapy, and slow, embodied clarity work, I help you re-root into your truth towards the one who is messy, wild, alive, and whole.

My Soul Journey:
From being a young human rights activist in Istanbul to Somatic & IFS Psychologist

I was born in Istanbul — a city that pulses with life, contradictions, poetry, and pressure. I grew up sensitive, smart, and curious about people. I remember feeling very concerned about world politics and human rights when I was 14. I found myself working with NGO’s in high school on my free time and joining protests regularly.

Something in me always knew I wouldn’t stay on a conventional path.

When I was 19, I left the known and started walking — first across countries, then through inner landscapes. I moved to France for my Bachelor in Law. Through this portal, I became a traveler, a student of life with rich experiences. 3 years later, I was feeling depressed in my law studies and needed a change.

That summer my intution told me I should study psychology. I started with a new Bachelor in Psychology in Lyon, then moved to Paris for my Master’s and eventually, became a nomadic psychologist.

Every time I questioned my next step to take a decision from a place of alignment, instead of comfort of passiveness.

My journey took me through cities, through heartbreaks, through crazy festivals, in nature and sacred spaces.
I kept asking big questions. I kept meeting the edges of myself.
Who am I when I’m not performing in order to fit in? In order to be loved ? To belong? What does it mean to belong to myself?

Over time, I gathered tools that helped me listen deeper:
Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Jungian psychology, Systemic Therapy, Inner Child Theory, Vipassana meditation, Hridaya meditation, dance, breathwork, creative writing, Polyvagal theory, shamanic practices, yoga, buddhist and hindu practises, eastern psychology, Family Constellations…
Not just to work with others, but to stay close to myself.
To feel more, not just understand more.

Healing, for me, doesn’t happen in a straight line.
It happens in spirals — through love, through loss, through listening to my nervous system when it whispers: “Enough.”

Now, I offer what I live:
A space for the ones who are already curious, already on the path — but still feeling a little stuck, a little foggy, a little in-between.

I work with creatives, change makers, thinkers, and feelers. People who have made bold choices, and now find themselves wondering:
What now? Where do I go from here? Who am I now that I’m not chasing anything?

I don’t have answers. But I do have presence. Tools. And a deep love for walking beside others as they come back to their own pace, truth, and clarity.

This is still my journey.
But I no longer walk it alone.

If these words land somewhere inside you — welcome.
